Embark on a journey through the history of Dom Brial, a century-old wine cooperative, on a small group wine tour with a maximum of 8 people. Guided by Nicolas in an air-conditioned minibus, you will enjoy a scenic ride through the unique setting of Crest Petit, where you can admire a typical vineyard mosaic of the Mediterranean hinterland, with vineyards, groves of evergreen oaks, and olive plantations. In this timeless place, you will have the opportunity to discover an Orry, a sign of the site’s pastoral past.
Next, you will back to the village of Baixas to enter the private setting of Château les Pins and appreciate a glimpse of winemaking in the early 20th century. Finally, before returning to your starting point, you will explore the current wine cellar, where cutting-edge tools meet ancestral expertise.
This tour, punctuated with wine tastings from the cooperative, will allow you to discover the wines of Roussillon and Dom Brial in a unique way.
