Your day begins with a 3-hour private boat trip aboard a Menorquin 31. Your skipper, Yohan Birot, a state-certified professional, takes you along the Côte Vermeille and Collioure to discover its wild coves and unspoilt coastline. Between turquoise waters, schist cliffs and terraced vineyards, you enjoy a privileged moment where the sea and the vine truly meet. Back on land, the experience continues with a scenic wine road trip along the Côte Vermeille. Aboard an air-conditioned van, you follow the famous Route des Cols winding between Collioure and Banyuls.
