Our experiences
Not at all! All our experiences are accessible to every level, from complete beginners to knowledgeable enthusiasts. Nicolas adapts his explanations to match the group.
The goal is to enjoy and learn — without jargon or pressure.
- Half-day excursion: 3 to 4 hours
- Full-day excursion: 7 to 8 hours — multiple wineries, lunch included
Multi-day bespoke experiences are also available on request.
Our wine tours are fully all-inclusive:
- Return transport by air-conditioned minibus from Perpignan
- Private visit to one or more wine estates
- Guided tastings of wines from the Roussillon
- Explanations of the terroirs, grape varieties and winemaking
- Meal or picnic depending on the chosen itinerary
The only extras are any bottles purchased at the estates or supplements at restaurants, which remain entirely at your discretion.
We operate across the Roussillon wine region (Pyrénées-Orientales):
- Rivesaltes and Les Aspres — Natural Sweet Wines and AOC Côtes du Roussillon
- The Côte Vermeille — terraced vineyards above the Mediterranean (Collioure, Banyuls)
- Les Fenouillèdes — Maury and its dark schist soils
- The Roussillon plain — between the sea and the Pyrenees
Practicalities
Tours depart from Perpignan or from your place of stay. Return transport by minibus is included in all our wine tours — you don’t drive after tasting.
If you are staying in a nearby resort (Canet, Argelès, Collioure), get in touch — a pick-up can be arranged.
Our wine tours have a maximum of 2 to 8 people per group — intimate and personalised.
All our tours can be entirely privatised for your family, friends or colleagues. For larger groups, bespoke packages are available.
Children are very welcome on the wine tours! Wine tasting is reserved for adults (18+) — alternatives can be arranged at the wineries.
A tasting is about tasting and analysing to understand, not binge-drinking. Quantities are managed to let you discover a wide range of wines, and water is always available.
Since transport is included both ways, there is no driving concern whatsoever.
Roussillon enjoys over 300 sunny days a year.
- Spring (April–June): mild temperatures, lush landscapes, stunning scenery
- Summer (July–August): intense heat — the coolness of the cellars makes touring enjoyable throughout the day
- Autumn (mid-August, September–October): harvest season — the most magical time of year!
- Winter (November–March): quiet, intimate, tailored experiences

Roussillon produces dry reds, whites and rosés (AOC Côtes du Roussillon, Collioure…) as well as the celebrated Natural Sweet Wines (VDN), of which Roussillon is the world’s leading producer.
A VDN (Banyuls, Maury, Rivesaltes, Muscat) is made by interrupting fermentation with added alcohol, preserving the grape’s natural sugars. Rich and complex — wonderful as an aperitif, with cheese or chocolate.
Yes! The estates sell their bottles on-site at cellar-door prices. Nicolas can guide your choices based on your favourites from the day. We can also arrange delivery of your bottles directly to your home!
Yes! Nicolas speaks English. All our Wine Tours and workshops can be conducted entirely in English — just mention it when booking.
